Members of Task Force 31,
Today we commission into our ranks, the Starship USS Rhode Island, NCC-72701. She is a Nova Class Refit Science Vessel. This Chapter is based in Middletown, Rhode Island, Earth, Sol Sector and CAPT Timothy Dyl is the Commanding Officer.
This commissioning is retroactive to stardate 202010.31
CAPT Dyl, you are hereby cleared to begin deployed chapter operations in your assigned patrol area, with CDR Paul G. Dyl as your Executive Officer.
