Chapter Enlisted Member of the Year for 2023 is Chase Hart.
Chapter Junior Member of the Year for 2023 is no eligible crewmember.
Chapter Flag Officer of the Year for 2023 is Ken Coots.
Chapter Volunteer of the Year for 2023 is Chase Hart
Chapter Department Head of the Year for 2023 is James Loft (Science Department).
Chapter Department of the Year for 2023 is the Science Department.

Effective stardate 202406.01, Being the Director, Fleet Chapter Operations, I have received official confirmation that Commander Lynn McClullan has been confirmed as the new Commanding Officer of the USS Stargazer NCC-82893 with Commander Matthew Coots remaining as his First Officer.
Along with this Change of Command, Commander Lynn McClullan you are hereby promoted to the rank of Captain, effective stardate 6/1/2024.
Captain McClullan, you are hereby ordered to report to your new Sector Chief, Commodore Charles Phillips Jr, Sector 04 for further instructions.

Today we commission into our ranks, the Starship USS Stargazer, NCC-82893. She is an Sagan Class, and is based in Crossville, TN, Earth, Sol Sector, and COM Ken Coots is the Commanding Officer.
This commissioning is effective stardate 202307.01. COM Coots, you are hereby cleared to begin deployed chapter operations in your assigned patrol area, with CMDR Matthew Coots as your Executive Officer.
