Chapter Enlisted Member of the Year for 2023 is Julia Mann.
Chapter Junior Member of the Year for 2023 is Mary Ingersoll.
Chapter Flag Officer of the Year for 2023 is not awarded due to no crewmember qualifying.
Chapter Volunteer of the Year for 2023 is Julia Mann.
Chapter Department Head of the Year for 2023 is Ceria Young (Medical Department).
Chapter Department of the Year for 2023 is the Medical Department.

Today we commission into our ranks, the Starship USS Seadragon, NCC-82895. She is a Sagan-Class Fast Exploratory Cruiser. This Chapter is based in North Kinston, RI, Earth, Sol Sector and CAPT James Owens is the Commanding Officer.
This commissioning is effective stardate 202302.01. CAPT Owens, you are hereby cleared to begin deployed chapter operations in your assigned patrol area, with CMDR Steven Ingersoll, as your Executive Officer.
