Today we commission into our ranks, the Starship USS Explorer, NCC-70493. She is a Parliament starship. This Chapter is based in Washington, NC, Earth, Sol Sector and CAPT Anthony Vickers is the Commanding Officer.
This commissioning is effective stardate 202302.01.
CAPT Vickers, you are hereby cleared to begin deployed chapter operations in your assigned patrol area, with CMDR John Manchester, as your Executive Officer.
