Today we commission into our ranks, the Starship USS CONSTELLATION, NCC-1017-C. She is a Constitution Class III Starship. This Chapter is based in Macalister, PA, Earth, Sol Sector and Commodore Leonard Peffer Sr is the Commanding Officer.
This commissioning is effective stardate 202509.01. Commodore Peffer, you are hereby cleared to begin deployed chapter operations in your assigned patrol area, with CMDR Alisha Peffer, as your Executive Officer.

The Shuttle Constellation, NX-1017-C, is a Constitution III Class Starship, and is based in xxxxxx, PA, USA, Earth, Sol Sector, and is under the command of Commodore Leonard Peffer Sr. COM Peffer’s XO is CDR Alisha Peffer.
The Shuttle Constellation support chapter is the USS Pendragon, out of Sector 03.
