Members of Task Force 31,
Today we commission into our ranks, the Starship USS Panther, NCC-74922. She is a Prometheus Class Tactical Cruiser. This Chapter is based in Tiverton, Rhode Island, Earth, Sol Sector and CAPT Patrick Condry is the Commanding Officer.
This commissioning is retroactive to stardate 201512.31
CAPT Condry, you are hereby cleared to begin deployed chapter operations in your assigned patrol area, with CDR Bathany Fernandes as your Executive Officer.
