As The STF31 Quartermaster is not the manufacturer of any product we sell, we make no representations, guarantees or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and assume no liability for any financial loss or damage caused by a product purchased from us. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to The STF31 Quartermaster arising from any products sold on this site shall be the price of the product ordered, if found liable. In no event shall The STF31 Quartermaster, its directors, officers, employees and/or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the compatibility of products sold.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, the STF31 Quartermaster shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. The STF31 Quartermaster shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your PayPal account charged. If your PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, The STF31 Quartermaster shall immediately issue a credit to the PayPal account in the amount of the incorrect price.
