The Director, Fleet Personnel Operations is responsible for all STARFLEET TASK FORCE 31 Personnel actions, starting from receiving new and renewing membership applications, processing and personnel database entry. Personnel Operations also includes processing of promotion requests for Captain and above, awards requests for annual and non-annual awards. Fleet Personnel Operations also includes announcing/processing position openings within STF31.
