Office of Deputy Commander, STARFLEET TASK FORCE 31
The Deputy Commander, STARFLEETTASK FORCE 31(DCSTF31) is the second in command of STARFLEET TASK FORCE 3 and serves as the Vice-President and Secretary. The DCSTF31 is responsible for assuming the responsibilities of the Commander, STARFLEET TASK FORCE 31 in their absence, and for representing the CSTF31 to the members of the Task Force, other organizations, and the general public.
